We send all shipments by postal letter, Warenpost or DHL.

All prices include VAT 19%.

Shipping

You pay a flat shipping fee within Germany of €2.50. There is no minimum order value.

For purchases of €20 or more, delivery within Germany is free of charge!

Shipping costs Austria: €7.50

Shipping costs EU (excluding Austria): €9.95

Shipping costs Switzerland/Lichtenstein: €14.95.

Shipping worldwide: €29.95.

delivery time
The delivery time for items is usually 2 to 3 working days from receipt of payment.

If some items are not available at short notice or the promised delivery time is delayed, we will inform you by email.

Logistics partner
We will pack the ordered items as quickly as possible and hand them over to our logistics partner ready for shipment. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partner.

shipment tracking
You can use your package identification number/tracking number to find out the current shipment status of your package at any time if the shipping method provides for package tracking. You will receive further information about shipment tracking in your delivery confirmation email.
